How is a psychometric assessment more effective than an aptitude test?

An aptitude test measures only the specific aptitude of a person towards a particular career, as the name might suggest. A psychometric assessment on the other hand, is a way more holistic measure of your interests, abilities and overall personality. It is a much more comprehensive way of discovering the best-suited career for you.

What happens after I take the assessment?

Once you complete the assessment, you can go on to book a counselling session. This will help you understand your report, discover yourself and the ideal career paths best suited for you. 

How much time does the entire career guidance process take?

The career guidance process is divided into 2 parts - career assessment and counselling. The online career assessment & counselling session takes about 2.5 hours to complete.
